As you begin to plan for our lawn care franchise cost, it’s a good idea to account for regular expenditures beyond the initial investment. Over the course of your time with Joshua Tree Experts, you’ll be responsible for a variety of weekly, monthly, and annual fees. Your weekly royalty fee can be as high as 6% of gross sales and as low as 3.5%, and will depend on the size of your territory. You will also be responsible for a 1-2% brand development fund fee, monthly payments into our marketing fund and advertising cooperatives, monthly technology fees, and more.
