Getting Started with Joshua Tree Experts

From the moment you sign your franchise agreement, our home office team is hard at work giving you the tools, resources, and training you need to help your business thrive. You’ll notice it in our detail-oriented franchise training and support. We’re here to guide you through the process of opening your Joshua Tree Experts franchise, making the franchise training process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Onsite Training Week

Before you get started with launch preparations, you’ll join us at our headquarters in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley for a week of in-depth franchise training. If you’re not an arborist already, not to worry – our owners don’t work in the field, so your training will be more focused on business operations than the services we provide. We believe that the best use of our owners’ time is to keep their business running smoothly.

During your week in Stockertown, you’ll learn everything you need to know about operating a Joshua Tree Experts franchise. We’ll train you on our brand culture, personnel, marketing and sales, operations, and financial management. After 68 hours of on-the-job and classroom training, you’ll be more than prepared to get your franchise started on the right foot.

Preparing to Launch

For your launch date, you’ll receive one week in-market launch support from our founder, our VP of business operations, and members of the Green Team. During this time, our marketing team will also be on hand to help you launch your grand opening marketing campaign. The Green Team will train your crew members on our services and evaluate your franchise’s readiness to open. By the time our onboarding process is complete, your franchise will be a well-oiled machine. 

Once You’ve Opened

We don’t leave you hanging just because you’re in business. The franchise training and support we provide our franchisees is unmatched. Throughout the life of your business, you’ll have access to a dedicated business coach. Our in-house contact center helps you with much-needed client services support, including lead qualification. We provide recruitment assistance and IT support, vendor connections and discounts, and a one-step sales process for lawn and pest control.

In addition to continuing education with our monthly Joshua Tree University webinars and online training portal, we offer weekly and monthly business pulse meetings with our home office team. You’ll also see us throughout the year during our site visits, which will include a business evaluation.
